I'm Stephan. I've spent the last few years building with AI every day, not reading about it, building: a 14,000-follower brand run single-handed, the content system behind it, a payments platform, and a handful of websites from the ground up.
That taught me the thing no subscription teaches: the tools are the easy part. The value is knowing where they fit, how to wire them into a real business, and how to make them stick once the novelty wears off.
